Ultra Filtration

Ultrafiltration (UF) is a membrane filtration process in which pressure leads to a separation through a semipermeable membrane. Suspended solids and solutes of high molecular weight are retained, while water and low molecular weight solutes pass through the membrane in the permeate (filtrate).

Biosystems constructs and manages plants built to be versatile with a number of different applications producing from 6 m3/day to several thousand m3/day of potable water.
