High or Low Brackish Reverse Osmosis

Brackish water is any type of water with total dissolved solids (TDS) levels in the range of 1,000 to 15,000 ppm. The majority of the world’s water is either brackish or saltwater.
Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) plants are designed to treat water or moderate-salinity groundwater with between 10,000 ppm – <38,000 ppm of dissolved solids (TDS).
High Brackish Reverse Osmosis (HBRO) plants are designed to treat water with between 1,000 ppm – <10,000 ppm TDS.
Low Brackish Reverse Osmosis (LBRO) plants are designed to treat water with between 1,000 – <5,000 ppm TDS.
